Uchisaiwaicho Tagyo Kodokato Jigyojunbi Inc. (*1), a subsidiary of Sony Bank Inc. (President and CEO, Representative Director: Keiji Minami; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “Sony Bank”), changed its corporate name to BlockBloom Inc. on August 28, 2025, and will officially commence operations on October 1, 2025.
