All customers with Sony Bank WALLET (a cash card with Visa debit functionality) are eligible for two fee-waived fund transfers per month. Club S members can enjoy up to 11 fee-waived fund transfers per month, depending on their Club S level.
Refund Request (consumption tax included)
This is the fee charged for refund requests executed after fund transfer procedures have been completed.

Sony Bank does not charge additional fees when using partner ATMs after business hours (including at night, or on weekends and bank holidays).
