Statements will be sent to your registered address once we receive your application.

Account balance letter (only available in Japanese)	Issue fee: 0 yen Issued periodically Account balance letters are sent out to customers twice a year - once in April to notify you of your balance as of the end of March, and once in October to notify you of your balance as of the end of September. (The application is only available in Japanese via our Japanese language website.)
Japanese certificate of balance	Issue fee 440 yen per copy (does not include specific items) 880 yen per copy (inclusive of specific items) Issued upon request We will prepare a certificate of balance in Japanese as of the designated date. You can choose from monthly, bi-monthly, or tri-monthly statements. (The application is only available in Japanese via our Japanese language website.)
Bank Statement (issued upon request) (only available in Japanese)	Issue fee: 440 yen Issued upon request We will prepare a statement showing your transaction history for your savings accounts in each currency for the designated period.
