If your card has been lost or stolen, or if your card has been used without your authorization outside of the online live chat business hours, please call us using one of the following numbers.
The call will start with an automated voice message in Japanese. After the automated voice message is finished, a Japanese operator will join the call. Please tell the operator that you would like to make an inquiry in English, and an English-speaking interpreter will join the call.
