In order to ensure the safety of your cash card, Sony Bank has implemented the following security measures. Please take advantage of these security measures to protect your valuable assets.
These procedures are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (except during system maintenance).

Suspend/Resume Cash Card Functionality

You can temporarily suspend all functions of your cash card.

Set Cash Withdrawal Limit

You can set a withdrawal limit for your cash card. You can set your withdrawal limit from 0 to 2 million yen per transaction, per day, or per month. (The maximum withdrawal limit per month is 99,999,000 yen.)

Cash Card Usage Notification Emails

Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.

• If the cash card PIN is entered incorrectly
• When a withdrawal is made using your cash card

Reporting Cash Card Loss

If your cash card is lost or stolen, please report the loss via "Reporting a Lost/Stolen Card" page after signing in to our English online banking, or contact our English help desk.
