To customers who are currently signed in to our English online banking:
The following "Start a chat" page is for customers without a Sony Bank account or customers with a Sony Bank account who are unable to sign in. In order to start a chat using your sign-in credentials, please go to the top page of our English online banking and select "Online live chat."
Our English help desk is unavailable from December 31 to January 3 for the New Year Holidays. Online live chat and email support will resume from January 4.
Lost or stolen cards and unauthorized use
If your card has been lost or stolen, or if your card has been used without your authorization outside of the online live chat business hours, please call us using one of the numbers listed on our "Contact Information and Business Hours" page.
